As the founding member and CEO of M3 USA—an M3 Inc. subsidiary—since its inception, Aki has been the driving force behind M3 Inc.’s ventures into digital healthcare platforms across the US and throughout Europe.
Under Aki’s leadership, M3, Inc. has expanded its reach into the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Sweden. In these countries, M3, Inc. delivers digital solutions for clinical research, market research, physician recruitment, pharmaceutical promotion and clinical decision-making and EHR support.
Aki regularly collaborates with various partners such as pharmaceutical companies, publishers, hospitals, CROs, and other solutions providers to improve the efficiencies and quality of the healthcare-related industries and to advance efforts towards progressive healthcare.
M3 Inc., is a publicly-traded company that is a global leader in healthcare solutions. Aki has served on M3, Inc.’s Board of Directors since 2012. Prior to joining M3, Aki was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Tokyo and California. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Masaki Jomori serves as a Senior Vice President, with a variety of roles supporting multiple European entities in M3.
Masaki has nearly 20 years of experience supporting various services for the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining M3, Masaki was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in London and he holds an MBA from London Business School.
With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Tim leads M3’s commercial strategy, using data and insight to create value for clients and drive performance. Known for his global marketing experience and sharp commercial thinking, he’s also a weekend rugby coach, an active traveller, and loves escaping to Croatia with his wife, kids and dog for family holidays.
Becky brings 20+ years of global HR leadership, having shaped people strategies across biotech, clinical research and healthcare intelligence. Prior to joining M3, she was VP of People & Culture at Synthace, where she championed gender equity and helped the company earn recognition as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women. Based in West London with her husband, three kids and two cats, Becky unwinds with yoga, silversmithing and DIY.
David is an experienced Finance Director who thrives on partnering across teams to unlock business performance and deliver meaningful results. He brings a broad commercial outlook to his role and enjoys simplifying complexity. Outside of finance, he lives in Brighton with his wife, daughter and two cats, and is a big fan of football, theme parks and travel.
Gareth leads M3 (EU)’s engineering strategy, drawing on two decades of experience across healthcare, banking and insurance to build secure, scalable digital platforms. Known for championing resilient systems and inclusive teams, Gareth combines technical vision with a human touch.
Ria leads user acquisition and engagement at Doctors.net.uk, leveraging 16 years of experience at M3 across medical education, editorial and marketing. Passionate about building community and meaningful user journeys, she balances data with creativity. Off the clock, you’ll find her working out at the gym or on the hunt for vintage fashion gems.
Sophie designs digital experiences that solve complex user problems. With a background in ecommerce and generative AI solutions, she brings a user-first mindset to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions that drive engagement and value. A former assistant casting director and actor, Sophie has lived and worked in the US, Spain and France, and now enjoys being settled in the UK, finding the balance between work and parenting.
